Alabaster Technology Corporation (“Alabaster,” “we,” or “us”) provides commerce services to apps and businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website and through our account, payment, purchasing, and fulfillment services. Apps that use Alabaster have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect and use

We receive information from you, the app or business you use, and payment and fulfillment providers. This includes account names, email addresses, company details and sign-in credentials; customer identifiers, recipient names, shipping addresses and optional phone numbers or emails; and product selections, orders, receipts, payment status, refunds and shipment details. We use this information to provide accounts, process transactions, purchase and deliver products, respond to requests, prevent fraud, secure the service and meet legal obligations.

Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and protect the service. Our payment processor processes payment details; we receive payment identifiers and transaction information rather than storing full card numbers or security codes.

Who receives information

We share information as needed with the app or business handling your order; retailers, suppliers and delivery providers fulfilling it; and providers of payments and tax calculations, hosting, storage, security and account email delivery. Product search and data providers receive search terms and product selections needed to return results. Retailers and payment providers may also handle information under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and prevent fraud, or as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, account preferences and cart or checkout continuity. We do not use advertising trackers. You can clear or block storage in your browser, but account and checkout features may stop working. Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party payment features may collect device and activity information for payment processing and fraud prevention, including across services where those providers operate.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information; no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy, object to or restrict processing, or appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and retain records where legally required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For orders placed through another app, you can also contact that app, which manages its customer relationship and can coordinate requests with us.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
